Usually 5-18 days for USA and 5-20 days for rest of the world.
We have tracking information available for each and every package that is shipped. In the event an item is seemingly lost in transit, we do wait 15 mailing days (from the shipment date) prior to beginning a research investigation with the mailing authority. If the package is deemed lost by the postal service itself, replacement items will be issued (please allow 7 business days for the research to take place).

If the order is returned to us marked as "incorrect address" by the shipping authority, and it was shipped to the address you provided, you will be responsible for the cost to have the items reshipped out. You must provide an updated (correct) mailing address prior to reshipment.

Orders returned by UPS and or USPS as having an incorrect address will be held for 90 days, after which the product will be donated to a local market or disposed of at our discretion.

We are not liable for packages lost or stolen once the shipping authority has deemed them delivered to your specified address.

If your shipment was expected to arrive by the due date yet is delayed because of weather, natural disasters, riots, strikes or unforeseen events on the shipper's end, we will not be held responsible.
